[Tinyos-help] Cywin errors while install MoteWorks

Hello,
I am a beginner with Sensor Network and MoteWorks. I try to install
MoteWorks 2.0 on my WinXP Laptop and got some errors:

Then the installation stopped. Can any one help me to fix these problems?
