[Tinyos-help] Question after connecting Tmote Sky and CmuCAM3

After soldering the Tmote Sky and CmuCAM3 with Resistor R6 and R11 removal,
a green and a red LED is on.
Connecting method: http://www.cmucam.org/wiki/telos_tmote

My problems are
1) My CmuCAM3 has no response when typing a "gv" in terminal.
2) Is the Tmote Sky control the UART?

I am new to these 2 devices. please help.
