Try using Leith Abdulla's latest feisty repository
(put this in your /etc/apt/sources.list file --
  deb http://tinyos.stanford.edu/tinyos/dists/ubuntu feisty main)
and update everything with msp in it

do a dpkg -l '*msp*'
then install all those packages.
