[Tinyos-help] how to set MCLK in tinyos-2.x

hi,
I am using TMOTE sky and I want to use external interrupt interface HplMsp430InterruotC.
On MSP430 any external interrupt event should be at least 1.5 times MCLK or longer, to ensure that it is accepted and corresponding interrupt flag is set.
Please tell me how can I set MCLK in tinyos-2.x
