[Tinyos-help] Can't Blink with make micaz sim

Hello,
I am using tinyos 2.0.2 with Cygwin and followed the instructions on the
installation page. Everything is fine after tos-check-env. But
I am unable to build the blink application with make micaz sim command. I am
facing a similar error as the one discussed in the link

It is some problem with python and libpython is not there in my /lib folder
or /usr/lib. I tried reinstalling python several times from the installation
files of Cygwin, but still no result.
Can someone tell me where I can find the python-devel package that I can
install so that this problem is solved?
