Depending on the version of TinyOS you have, you might be able to use
"motelist" command in Cygwin to find out the COM ports assigned to your
MIB520.

What always works is Windows device manager, which can be accessed by
clicking the Start button on the Task Bar and selecting Start > Control
Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager > Ports (COM & LPT).

Hi,

Is there a way to figure out which com is my mote?

I'm trying to install the Blink app onto my micaz mote. It's plugged
into one of my USB ports but when I do "make micaz install mib520.com0",
no matter what com number I put in, it always gives a bunch of "flash
error at address" errors.

Thanks,

David
