[Tinyos-help] packet ratio (urgent)

Hi,

Please , can some one tells me how to adjust sending packet ratio (I mean
each node sends 10 packets per second)
I am using Tossim 2 (CC2420 stack)
Also How to limit the duration of sending to for exemple 20 minutes

Please I am a beginner help me please
