[Tinyos-help] [OFF-TOPIC] Higher Transmit Power transceivers for 300-900 MHz frequencies

Sorry for asking the following topic in this list, but the target-public may
be the same ;)
I am working with some underground experiments with Mica2+TOS environment
and I need now to go to a new phase where I will try to find a "one-hop"
solution for a distance of 3 to 10m.
I would like to know if somebody heard, or have suggestions, about any
transceiver in the market that goes beyond +10dBm for RF TX Power.
The second related question: if I develop my own hardware solution for a
mote, what is the better approach to make it "TinyOS compatible"?
