[Tinyos-help] how to send data from pc to mote

Hi,
   I was using Moteworks software from crossbow. Moteworks  uses TinyOS 1.1.
Right now I installed Tinyos2.x . In
C:\cygwin\opt\tinyos-2.x\tos\sensorboards folder MTS400 and MDA320 board
details are not there. I dont know where to get those board details. Can
anyone send me the MTS400 and MDA320 board source code for tinyos 2.x
