I am not aware of mobility functions in TOSSIM.
It would have to be simulated in some fashion tat would involve nodes being
in contact with
some subset of nodes and these relationships changing over time. TOSSIM has
capabilities
that simulates radio dynamics but I don't think it does mobility.
