[Tinyos-help] tmote

hi
i have written applications to sense data and transmit to the
basestation(mote connected to personal computer) successfully
but i don't know how to send the data from the basestation( mote connected
to personal computer) to a particular mote in the field
plzzzzzzzz give me a sample application so that i can carry on from there
help me out
