[Tinyos-help] Packet Transmission Delays

Hi,
     Is it possible to tell (or measure) precisely the time it takes to
transmit a packet in the example applications TestSerial (for packets
sent to and from the serial port) and RadioCountToLeds (for mote-mote
radios)? If so, how?
