[Tinyos-help] could i use TosSim to obtain the code runing time?

I don't have any mote, so I use TosSim to do simulating, Now I need to meature the my code running time and energy consumption. But I find some pieces in TOSSIM: A Simulator for TinyOS Networks.
 
 "Time: While TOSSIM precisely times interrupts (allowing things like bit-level radio simulation), it does not model execution time." 
 "Because TOSSIM does not model CPU execution time, it cannot easily provide accurate information for calculating CPU energy consumption." 
 
 So does it mean I can't meature code running time without a real hardware mote? I am using tinyos 1.1.15 now, does 2.x support execution time meaturing or energy consumption?
