[Tinyos-help]:why the baudrate change to 38400??

dear all,
  My platform is a telosb node, and in TinyOS 2.0, the baudrate is 115200,  but when uploading a program, at the end of the output message, it show:
  Transmit default password ...
Current bootstrap loader version: 1.61 (Device ID: f16c)
Changing baudrate to 38400 ...
Program ...
21690 bytes programmed.
Reset device ...
rm -f build/telosb/main.exe.out-1 build/telosb/main.ihex.out-1
   
  hei, it changed the baudrate to 38400, why is that??
  Whether my baudrate is 38400 or 115200??
