[Tinyos-help]: Is there one succeeded in making the serial communication with a high speed higher than 60Kbps??

I have already increased the packet size to 230Bytes/serial message.
   
  The default message size for the serial communication is 255Bytes.
  Any better ideas??

  the telosb platform is with 115200 baudrate, when I use it receive message from PC serial, It can only a maximum receiving speed of 30K~40Kbps, never higher than 60Kbps. 
   
  I wonder is there anyone ever got the high communication speed via the serial??
