[Tinyos-help] A very important question..Need opinions..

Look at the tmote manual or my pinout cheat sheet:
     http://www.etantdonnes.com/Motes/TMOTEpins.txt
to find what IO pins are available.

You can certainly load them all up, and then it's just a matter
of software to sample each and aggregate the results into messages.
You will need to consider the sampling rate and other processing
requirements to decide how many sensors to can use on one mote.
