[Tinyos-help] Converting of RSSI value

hi everyone,
  I'm not sure what i read is it RSSI value. Im using tmote sky n tinyos 1.x . The RSSI value is it read from the field strength from  TOS_msg structure? Is it 8-bit data? If its correct how do i convert the data into dB? my readings is 0xFA.
