[Tinyos-help] Allowed TimerC interval in micaz?

As of TOS1.1.10 the minimum TimerC interval is 3 "binary milliseconds".
Someone had a good reason for adding this limit, but I haven't found it.
I believe the max interval is 16bits, but would have to go look at the
timer spec in the manual to be sure. It could be 12bits...
