[Tinyos-help] [tinyos-help]Data Logging Application -- motes not collecting data

Hi, All,

I am following the lesson 8 (
http://www.tinyos.net/tinyos-1.x/doc/tutorial/lesson8.html) to log the data
into the MOTE. After programming one mote with SenseLightToLog and the other
with TOSBase. I try to run

java net.tinyos.tools.BcastInject start_sensing 16 100

But I only got the message saying :"Sending payload: c 5 0 0 0 10 0 64 0 0 0
serial at COM3:57600: resynchronising" and the mote's red LED is not flashing.
Which means the mote is not taking any sample.
Anyone has some idea on this?
