[Tinyos-help] changing system time

Hi,
Is it possible to change the system time in TinyOS?
By default, Timer.getNow() always returns the time since boot.
How can I make it return time since some other instant?
Is it possible to receive an event when the system time overflows(for a 32
bit milli timer it will occur as frequently as 50 days)?
