[Tinyos-help] When UartFeedback.rxDone(uint8_t data) is actually triggered

Hi,
To receive over uart0 (tmote sky platform) ,i am using
UartFeedback.rxDone(uint8_t data)  event signaled  by HPLUSART0M to get a
byte. I thought this could be alternative to continuous polling. But it
never gets executed. Any suggestion?
