[Tinyos-help] about the installation of tinyos2.x

Hi, all
I am installing tinyos2.0, i have installed twice, but the error is the
same, i cannot find "tools" in the folder" tinyos2.x" and  no makerules  in
apps. its so tricky,
who can tell me how to sovle the problem, which part i need to reinstall?
