[Tinyos-help] for loop

hi, i am trying to make a nesc code and i need to make a for loop. i want to increase a variable between 2-4 by incriments of one at a time. i need the code to use the variable at that time to run the complete code and then increase the variable and run it again. what are the commands for such a for loop?
