[Tinyos-help] avrdude problem

Hello,
I need assistance with avrdude. This is my first experience with the avr 
cpu's and related toolchain.
I am trying to upload basestation to a mote with command:
$ avrdude -c dapa -U hfuse:w:0xd9:m -pm1281 -U 
efuse:w:0xff:m -Cc:/cygwin/etc/avrdude/avrdude.conf -U 
flash:w:build/iris/main.srec.out-0:a -P com26

The result from execution is:
avrdude.exe: can't open device "com26"

avrdude.exe: failed to open parallel port "com26"

I have this version of avrdude:
$ avrdude -v

avrdude.exe: Version 5.4, compiled on Nov  5 2007 at 20:32:26
             Copyright (c) 2000-2005 Brian Dean, http://www.bdmicro.com/

             System wide configuration file is "c:\WinAVR\bin\avrdude.conf"

avrdude.exe: no programmer has been specified on the command line or the 
config file
             Specify a programmer using the -c option and try again

Any help is more than welcome
