[Tinyos-help] RF230

Hello
I am trying new platform. Zigbit from meshnetics. This mote has on board 
ATmega 1281 + RF230. I have question related to RF230. The avrdude which is 
used in tinyos toolchain for some reason cannot program the zigbit mote 
directly. So I have created platform files and I am able to program the mote 
using bootloader.exe which meshnetics provide in their kit. The problem is 
that this bootloader has two parameters one is channel mask, the other is 
PAN id. The meshnetics support send me to zigbit.org when I asked them about 
this matter. But I don't have the time to read all about zigbit, because I 
am focused on using tinyos as OS and build high level apps on top of it. Low 
level is not in my plans for now...
So I am not able to communicate with their devices with the default values 
provided by meshnetics.
Can any one sagest me what values are required to be set to channel mask and 
PAN id in order to be able to communicate with other motes like tmote or 
micaz? Is PAN id same as mote ID? I am using modules from xbow for radio.
