[Tinyos-help] About make command and TOS_LOCAL_ADDRESS

This is done by tos-set-symbols in T2. Here is an example:
tos-set-symbols --objcopy msp430-objcopy --objdump msp430-objdump
--target ihex build/telosb/main.ihex build/telosb/main.ihex.out-0
TOS_NODE_ID=0 ActiveMessageAddressC$addr=0
