If another component is going to be made I think that the
SplitControlPowerManagerC's nesdoc component description should at least be
changed to say explicitly that it cannot handle errors on the start and stop
operations, so the poor app developer also does not have to wonder why his
nodes mysteriously freeze waiting for a resource that will never be granted!
