The numbers are ETX*10 but they are still too big. For comparison,

You notice that I am getting 0 ETX10 when the nodes do not have
parents but when they do, ETX10 is not as large as yours. Because your
network is sparse with perhaps fewer and worse best links, I would
expect ETX10 to be larger but not as large as you are reporting.

You can send the debug logs through the radio by wiring
UARTDebugSenderP's UARTSend to an AMSender.
