[Tinyos-help] Mica2 Antenna removing

If the part with the antenna on it rotates inside the on-board
connector then it should pull out. No pressing necessary.
If it doesn't rotate then someone probably super-glued it together...

As for the antenna layout and impedance, I think the comment
was just recently posted and was about the 'Z radios. But I
don't remember, try searching for impedance on the list?
