[Tinyos-help] Blink App

Hi folks,

I'm having a bit of problem with the tmote invent blink app.
The Application loads fine onto the mote, but when I try to see which image
slot the app has loaded into it does nothing.
I'm using the $MOTECOM=serial at COMxx:telos java net.tinyos.tools.Deluge -p
command to do this but
It just says: Pinging node.... and stays like that.
I can't even seem to reboot to a different image.

Any ideas???
