[Tinyos-help] Using POWERTOSSIM

Hi all,
           I want to measure the power consumption of my developed
application.Can POWERTOSSIM help me in doing that?

          Should I learn about TOSSIM simulator for that or alternatively
Can I use PowerTOSSIM on Cygwin ?
