[Tinyos-help] total packet sent is less than expected

Hi,
 
I developed a simple application(so we are here in the application layer of OSI model) that uses Ctp as routing protocol in wich each node (I have 16 nodes) sends a packet every two seconds,
I run the simulation for 100 seconds then I computed the total packet sent.
I found that this number is less than the expected = 100 * 15 * 1/2 = 750 packets.


Have you an idea, this, is probably due to what?
