[Tinyos-help] use of "ONE" keyword?

Take a look at Using Safe
TinyOS<http://docs.tinyos.net/index.php/Using_Safe_TinyOS> and
then click Safe TinyOS under Safe Overview.
It will describe the different Safe modifiers.
