[Tinyos-help] How to create your own commands and events for an interface?

Please start by reviewing available documentation at docs.tinyos.net. In
particular, try chapter 4of the TinyOS Programming manual.
You create new commands and events by creating an interface file and then
creating an module
that references that interface definition. look in tos/interfaces for
examples.
