[Tinyos-help] Multi-hop Processing Overhead

Hello.  I am attempting to determine the processing overhead required
for a mote to receive a packet from another mote farther away from the
base station and forward it to a mote closer to the base station.  I was
thinking that perhaps a good way to go about this would be to add some
debug pulses in the TinyOS firmware that I can watch on an oscilloscope
to characterize this value.  Can anyone suggest a good place in the
TinyOS stack to put these debug pulses?  Or, is there a better way to go
about this?
