TEP 125 describes how TinyOS can structure frame formats to be  
interoperable with 6lowpan networks. As of 2.1.0, I-Frames are the  
default.

There are currently two 6lowpan implementations. The first is part of  
the standard release, in lib/net/6lowpan. The second is in tinyos-2.x- 
contrib/berkeley.
