[Tinyos-help] How to install Eclipse and it's plugin for TinyOS in Xubuntos

Hi all,
I have installed Xununtos 2.0 that includes Xununtu 7.0.4 and TinyOS 2.0.2.
I want to install Eclipse and it's plugin for TinyOS. I did n't get any
information. I am newly setting up this environment. Can anybody list down
all steps and whether i require JDK 1.6 or not??
