[Tinyos-help] How to install Eclipse and it's plugin for TinyOS in Xubuntos

Dear Akif,
Thanks but first i need to install eclipse itself, so how to install
eclipse, JDK (if required, which version) then Eclipse plug in.
Remember: I am using Xununtos (TinyOS 2.0.2 & Xubuntu 7.0.4)
