[Tinyos-help] Compilation error - component not found

Apologies if this has been asked before, but I cannot find it on FAQ.
Why when I include Crossbow's TimeSyncService component, do I get the
'component not found error', when it is installed at 

C:\Crossbow\cygwin\opt\MoteWorks\tos\lib\TimeSync
