[Tinyos-help] [tinyos-help]:make micaz error

Hi,all
I install tinyos-2.x by upgrading from tinyos-1.x,totally by the upgrade instruction. I check it following the  http://docs.tinyos.net/index.php/Getting_Started_with_TinyOS
when I compile the Blink application,it show the error:
"Unknown target micaz 
Known targets for TinyOS directory TOSROOT/tos and the specified include 
directories are:none.
make:***[exe0] Error 2"
 
what happens and how to solve it?
