[Tinyos-help] How to use avrora to simulate MViz??

Hello everyone:
(I use debian installation under ubuntu-linux)
I want to simulate MViz with  avrora,but I don't know how to do it.
http://www.cs.utah.edu/~regehr/tos_avrora.html 
gives some information ,but the instruction

java net.tinyos.mviz.MainClass 125   
seems have no meaning under my computer
Can anyone help me?
