Yes it is possible. In TinyOS 2.x, you should look at
apps/tests/TestNetwork and TOSSIM tutorial.

I want just to add that tossim is an event driven simulator, so, measurating latency will not be accurate.
Isn't that dr omprakash?
If I am wrong, please correct my misunderstanding.
