[Tinyos-help] TinyOS in Windows without cygwin

Dear all,

What does not allow running TinyOS in windows without cygwin.

I understand that it uses makefiles but one can write Apache Ant script
doing the same thing.
I understand it use avr and msp tool but they are also available on
windows. Like Win-AVR.
Similarly there is gcc alternatives for windows like MinGW and GCW.
