[Tinyos-help] TelosB Radio Problem

Hello, 

we had a the following problem with TelosB radio.
Some of the nodes are not able to receive even from short distances with the highest transmission power level 31, while others still receive with power level 3, for example.
I do not know what can be the source of the problem (antenna, receiver, tinyos)?.
I hope that I can get a feedback if any has encountered a similar problem.
