[Tinyos-help] Port permissions in windows vista

Hi everybody,

I've installed tinyos 2.1 on my Windows Vista, and everything is fine 
till the moment I try to install any application into a mote. I'm using 
the mib520 programmer, and when I try to install, the compilation is 
correct, but I get the following error:

Error: Permission denied
 -> /dev/ttyS3
make: *** [program] Error 1

I've made sure that com4 port exists and it is properly installed, it 
seems that there is a problem with windows vista permissions but I dont 
know how to fix it out, ... could anyone help me, please?  I'd 
appreciate that...
