So you are copying code from MultihopOscilloscope to you project?
Did you also check Makefile?
Maybe you are missing CFLAGS += -I$(TOSDIR)/lib/net/ -I$(TOSDIR)/lib/ 
net/ctp  -I$(TOSDIR)/lib/net/4bitle in your Makefile.
