[Tinyos-help] BLIP application??

I'm not sure what you're asking.  If you're asking if blip is
distributed with core, the answer is no, although we are working on
integrating it with core for 2.1.1.  The current code does not
currently work under TOSSIM.  I am looking into adding support for
this in 2.1.1 although I'm not sure there is an overwhelming need at
this point.
