[Tinyos-help] COM port in Cygwin

I have a tickle of a memory that I read about a port number limit
...someplace... I believe my problem occurred with telsob's under
Widows 2K having numbers in the COM20's. Some diligent soul might
find a real answer, but I go for the JustMakeItWork(TM) technique....
