Yes, MoteWorks is based on TinyOS 1.x. It's supported by Crossbow, and
includes drivers for all the sensor boards sold by Crossbow. TinyOS
2.x is an architecturally cleaner version, though support for some of
Crossbow's sensor board is lacking. Specifically, it won't work with
the GPS module. Use MoteWorks.
