[Tinyos-help] How to determine the header, payload, node id, etc in crossbow??

Hi..i want to ask all of you how can i see the hexa decimal type of header, payload, node id, etc. on the moteworks?? i mean, all we get from the moteview is only the reading of the sensor nodes that already converted into number of sensing. Like temperature, voltage, light, accel x, etc. And if i want to see the message like the Message center in tinyOS, how am i to do that??
